Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena - ex Ajoupa

Location is very central between Old Nice, Promenade and city center! Located on a nice walking street with numerous restaurant options as well as Gelato. 10-12 minutes walk from main train station, and also within 2-3 blocks of both metro tram lines( one going direct to airport) Reception staff always willing to help, especially smiling Rebecca!

The staff was very welcoming and helpfull. The room was clean and had all the facilities needed for a one week stay. The location was superb, as it was only few minutes to the beach and with a lot of restaurants in the Massena street. After our request to change the room because of the untypical bathroom the hosts offered us another room which was bigger and with a traditional bathroom without extra charge.

Excellent location. It was peaceful despite the centrality of the location so we could rest at night. The wifi worked well.

I had an amazing stay at this aparthotel AMMI Nice Masséna! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the vibrant square, shops, and restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach and Old Town. The apartment was spacious. It was a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay even more convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this aparthotel for anyone visiting Nice and looking for a comfortable and central place to stay. I would definitely return!

It felt like I was staying at a friends place. The ambient is cozy, I stayed in one of the studios with a small kitchen. All the appliances were new, the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable, perfect for just one person. The hotel is very well located, with lots of restaurants near by, a monoprix, fast fashion shops, pharmacy and so much more just a few minutes walk away. One small detail is that to get to the elevator there’s a flee of stairs you must climb, so just bare that in mind if you’re traveling heavy (not really a problem though) The staff Raquel and Rebecca were extremely friendly and helpful and I’m very thankful to them. It’s a perfect place. I will definitely come back again!
